

What is Changemakers?
The Changemakers Programme is designed to scale up community-led initiatives while equipping participants with the tools to integrate Unarmed Civilian Protection (UCP) strategies into their work. We support leaders in protection, peacebuilding, and safety across diverse conflict contexts, helping communities and organizations strengthen capacity and create opportunities for collaboration.
Key programme dates

Rolling applications open: October 14, 2025- December 31, 2025.

Online virtual preparation sessions: late February and March 2026 (three 1.5 hours online preparatory sessions)

10-day in-person training on UCP foundations: May 2026 (dates TBA)

Micro-grant allocation and launch of UCP-inspired projects: June 2026
